Sylvain Dessane has been teaching violin, viola and piano for about 10 years. He had pupils of all ages and levels.

For pupils from age 4, he is using the Melopie method (in French). It is a very nice and fun way for children to discover music, and learn the basics of piano playing.

For violin, viola and piano, he is using a variety of different methods depending on the age and level of the pupil, including Sassmannshaus, "Play the violin", Suzuki, "Petit violon voyage au pays des comptines", Fiedelmax, "La méthode pianorama".

He is also open to any other method a pupil has been using before. He is also providing a variety of different pieces, and is open to the different styles the pupil likes.

His goals are to share his passion for music, and help the students find the keys to unleash theirs. In a relaxed but serious way.
